SMALL BATCH ROASTED

We proudly serve local coffee by our friends at Publik, a small batch specialty roaster that focuses on taste while minimizing waste. Their Salt Lake City roastery is one of the greenest coffee roasteries in the USA, using 65 solar panels with an oxidizer that filters out 96% of the particulates from the roasting process.
